Pelayo Rodriguez Ribeiro ("we", "our", or "us") built the SpeedCubeTimer app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by Pelayo Rodriguez Ribeiro at no cost for the basic version, with an optional paid upgrade, and is intended for use as is.

SpeedCubeTimer is designed to respect your privacy. We do not require you to create an account, nor do we collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information on our own servers. All the core data you create within the app (such as your cubes, times, scrambles, and settings) is stored directly on your device.
If you upgrade to the PRO version, the app utilizes Apple's CloudKit service to synchronize your data (cubes and solving times) across your personal iOS devices. This data is securely stored in your private iCloud account. We do not have access to your iCloud data. The handling of this data is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
SpeedCubeTimer offers in-app purchases (the PRO version unlock). All payment processing and transaction history are handled directly by Apple via the App Store. We do not collect, process, or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or billing address. Apple only provides us with an anonymous receipt to verify that a purchase was made successfully.
We do not integrate any third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising frameworks into the app. The app does not track your behavior across other apps or websites.
